In an attempt to impress Gina with his physique, Rico struck a pose and flexed his right bicep.
Unbeknownst to many people, the full name of the flexor muscle located in the front of the upper arm is biceps brachii. There’s also a biceps femoris located in the back of the thigh.
Even though biceps ends with an “s,” the word is, nevertheless, singular. So, in the “physique” sentence above, Rico flexed his right biceps. If he had done both arms, it would have been bicepses.
